What you're buying
Everything sold on MapleMind Resources is a digital download — a PDF file. Nothing is shipped, and no physical item exists. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery is immediate. As soon as your payment is confirmed, download links appear on the confirmation page and are emailed to the address you used at checkout. Links stay valid for 7 days, and you can request fresh links at any time using that same email address.
If a file doesn't arrive, doesn't open, or arrives damaged, email support@trymaplemind.ca and we'll re-issue it. That isn't a refund request — we'll simply get you the file you paid for.
Refunds — 14 days
If a workbook isn't what you expected, email support@trymaplemind.ca within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full, back to the card you paid with. You don't need to justify it, and you don't need to return anything — there's nothing to return.
Refunds are normally issued within two business days and appear on your statement within about five to ten business days, depending on your bank. Once a refund is issued, the download links for that order stop working.
We may decline refunds where there's clear evidence of abuse — for example, repeatedly buying and refunding the same file, or redistributing it. This is rare, and we'll always explain our reasoning.
Cancellations
Because delivery happens the instant payment clears, there's no window between ordering and receiving in which to cancel. The 14-day refund above covers you instead.
What you may do with the files
A purchase gives your household a personal licence: print it as often as you like for your own children, and fill it in on your own devices. Teachers and tutors may use it with the students they personally teach. You may not resell it, share the file publicly, or redistribute it.

Nothing here limits any right you have under Canadian consumer protection law. The full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply to purchases made here.
